How OELLEN can help
Your business can get involved by partnering in a practical project that enhances learning beyond the classroom such as school industry tours, young ambassador programs, career expos and work placements.
Structured Workplace Learning is on the job training during which a student is expected to master a set of skills or competencies, related to a course accredited by the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA). These include Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Schools programs, Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), Victorian Certificate of Education Vocational Major (VCE VM) or Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC).
Quality workplace learning is structured, in that it has a clearly stated purpose and documented learning outcomes to enable students to gain the skills and understanding to demonstrate competence to industry standards of at least AQF Level 1.
