Raising Aspirations" will serve as the central theme for the Summit. This theme encompasses several key principles that will guide our conversations at the event.
Inspiring Possibilities: We aim to inspire young people and expose them to diverse career paths, educational opportunities, and skills development. By showcasing real-world, tangible examples, we can help young people envision and work towards their future goals.
Building Confidence and Resilience: Aspirations are not just about seeing opportunities but having the confidence and resilience to pursue them. Our programs will focus on nurturing these skills, enabling young people to understand their options and persist in their ambitions.
Creating Pathways: Through strong partnerships, we will develop clear and accessible pathways for young people that lead to tangible outcomes such as employment, further study, apprenticeships, and other opportunities for growth and development.
Inclusive and Equitable Support: We recognise that each young person has unique needs and circumstances. A united approach will allow us to bring in subject matter experts and offer tailored support and ensure that no one is left behind, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds or underrepresented groups.
