PROGRAMS
OELLEN facilitates programs that help local young people explore career pathways by partnering with local businesses. These programs provide hands-on learning experiences and mentorship opportunities for students, giving them a chance to learn about different industries and potential career paths. Through these partnerships, OELLEN helps students gain valuable skills, knowledge, and connections that will serve them well in their future careers. Additionally, OELLEN works closely with local businesses to ensure that the training and education provided aligns with the needs and demands of the current job market, which benefits both the students and the local community.
