CIMET Project update

The Careers in Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology (CIMET) Project kicked off with a launch event in October that saw school representatives, industry partners and RTOs join forces to start planning a series of industry tours and events focused towards year 9 students to increase awareness of the wonderful career pathways in these industries sitting on our doorsteps. There are so many employers in the region desperate for new staff and many students are unaware of the varied and rewarding roles available.
