S2W Portal

School to Work focuses on supporting work-based learning opportunities through; structured workplace learning (SWL), workplace visits and tours, events and work-readiness activities where industry can be directly involved.

CIMET

The CIMET program, created by OELLEN, exposes middle school students to careers in manufacturing, engineering, and technology through a multi-year program.

Career Expos

The Outer East Youth Career Expos offer young people the opportunity to meet employers, learn about job opportunities and gain insights on the job market.

Women in Trades

The Women in Trades program offers female secondary school students hands-on experience in male-dominated industries, increasing confidence and career opportunities. Join us in promoting diversity and representation in these fields.
